Press-Art-Design-Fashion-Architecture. These words of Kunty Moureau describe in the best way the versatility of the former gallerist and researcher at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Brussels. Today, she is a freelance journalist and a blogger who mostly deals with fashion, design and architecture.
Born in Bombay, Kunty grew up in Belgium, where she got her MA of Contemporary art. One can feel her passion for all forms of creativity in the articles that she published in specialized magazines, such as Villas magazine and Belgian boutique. Last year she became an expert for CAPP’s (Commission Consultative des Arts Plastiques) for the Commission Mode et Design, and this year she was the curator of the project Uptown design tour. She is currently working on a new project “Talking French & Flemish Inc. New York” which will present a selection of Belgian design and fashion in the Big Apple.
At the festival Taste the Mediterranean Kunty will lead a workshop on culinary design. She wishes to present the young Belgian designer’s scene, one of the most famous in the world and to show some of the latest kitchenware.
