At the helm of the Bava Innovation restaurant, at the Bellevue hotel, is Roko Nikolić – the G&M Croatia 2024 Great Chef of Tomorrow, while chef Dinko Lekić will create an authentic Mediterranean culinary experience at the Konoba Cigale.
