Chef Xavier Mathieu, one of the most famous French chefs, crowned with Michelin star, is coming to Zagreb!

Taste the Mediterranean participate in the organization of exclusive Christmas dinner which will be held on 02.12. in the restaurant Zinfandel’s, Hotel Esplanade. It is a wine and gourmet event of the year which will jointly prepare chef Xavier Mathieu and chef Ana Grgic, the first lady of the Esplanade. With sequences of delicious meals, premium champagnes of the house Veuve Clicquot and Ruinart will be served. Together with the Esplanade, partners of this evening are French Embassy, the French Institute in Zagreb and MIVA Wine gallery. During his stay in Zagreb, chef Xavier Mathieu will hold a masterclass for Croatian chefs and a lecture to students of Catering and tourism school.
