Katarina Larisa Ham is the CEO of Quintessentially SEE, the global luxury lifestyle group that has a team of 550 employees and more than 40 offices worldwide. Lara joined Quintessentially in London in 2011, working closely with Founders Ben Elliot and Aaron Simpson. As CEO she oversees operations across 8 countries and successfully tripled regional revenues within her first year.

Renowned for her expertise in the lifestyle and luxury sectors, Lara possesses unparalleled insights into the behaviours and preferences of affluent consumers. Her deep knowledge encompasses the latest luxury trends, travel experiences, and the evolving dynamics of today’s interconnected world. She understands the shifting values and desires of Quintessentially Members and luxury brands, emphasizing the importance of meaningful relationships and authentic, human experiences. She holds a BSc in Economics and Journalism, International Relations from the University of Ljubljana and has previously worked in Slovenia’s Prime Minister’s office and with leading entrepreneurs. Passionate about travel, the arts, ethnology, heritage, and women in business, she combines her skills in marketing communications, business development, and social networking to enhance the Quintessentially brand and reputation.
