Ivana Kolar is the Director and owner of Julius Rose Business Consulting, with extensive experience in creating and implementing business strategies, managing investment projects, business management and development, and market positioning. Organizer of the International Strategic Conference TOURISM 365 on the trends and future of tourism, and director of the European HTI Summit. President of the Health Tourism Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. Lecturer, speaker at conferences and author of professional articles in the field of tourism. For many years she was the director of Terme Tuhelj, the largest thermal and spa resort in Croatia, and today she is a management consultant for business development. Active member of the Executive Boards in numerous organizations and associations for the development and promotion of tourism and economy, such as HGK, UPUHH, HUP, SLO CRO Business club and others.
