Igor Čimbur

Igor Čimbur is the owner of the legendary restaurant Baltazar, in Zagreb, and co-owner of the restaurant’s group Soho Sushi. Igor succeeded his father Bobo, who over the years turned Baltazar – located on Kaptol, five minutes walk from the central square – into a well-known social and gourmet gathering place for the people of Zagreb, as well as other visitors to the city. Igor has always been involved in gastronomy and he is the initiator of numerous initiatives in this area. As the vice-president of the association Chef kuha doma (The chef cooks at home), which stood out especially after the earthquake in Sisak, he actively promotes local cuisine and encourages cooperation between chefs. Versatile, Igor also runs the AI ​​agency Melkior Tech, where he develops innovative solutions to improve business processes.
