Danijell Nikolla

Danijell Nikolla, known as Vaso, is the owner and founder of numerous successful restaurants and projects in the city of Split. He is the initiator of the famous Split festival San Sustipanske noći, which marked its twelfth anniversary this year. He is the owner of the restaurant Corto Maltese, one of the most popular restaurants in Split, for a reason, and the plant-based restaurant Pandora Greenbox, all on the same Obrov street. One of the first vegetarian restaurants in Split, Pandora Greenbox won the 2022 trophy of the best POP restaurant of the Gault&Millau Croatia guide. Through his company Ritam Produkcija and Brbljava Brokula, Vaso awakened the winter nights in Split. He is one of the initiators of Split’s Advent. He believes that you should be persistent and diverse in your work, but that it is also important to remain humble and keep in mind the needs of the local community.
