Biography
He worked as a professional bartender and waiter for many years in famous Split bars and clubs and restaurants. In 2021, he switched to cooking, completely focusing on culinary methods used by the PiNKU fish & wine restaurant.
He started his independent cooking career in 2022 in the mentioned restaurant in cooperation with the then chef Nikola Marušić. The methods of preparing dishes, as well as the specific approach to service, have built him into a chef fully adapted to the PiNKU restaurant’s offer.
In 2023, he takes over the position of chef and continues to work on new dishes together with the PiNKU fish & wine creative team.
