“I’m an English Brazilian girl, that has lived in those beautiful and totally different cultural countries, which has nourished me culinary wise and expand my culinary knowledge. By the age of 23 I moved to Spain to study culinary school, there I had the opportunity of learning the most updated cooking skills by chefs Albert and Ferran Adria. Also have worked for the important chef Alex Atala in Brazil, expanding even more my knowledge in Brazilian Amazonian culture. Nowadays I dedicated myself in investigating new ingredients, new trends and mostly very focus on the creative based on local ingredients with touches of all my memories from travelling around the world.”
