Biography

Chef Ivica Madunić has been working for 5 years in Dujkin Dvor, one of the most charming taverns in Split, on the little port of Matejuška. He learned to cook at the Oliva Allegra School – the Mediterranean Center of Gastronomic Art within the Wallner private high school for tourism and catering, in Split.

He studied at the academy with the renowned chef and excellent mentor Braca Sanjin, and then took over the kitchen of Dujkin dvor. Since his arrival, Dujkin dvora has shone on the Split gastronomic map.

Chef Ivica enjoys cooking, inventing new recipes, and his guests are delighted with the traditional dishes he prepares with a touch of innovation. Dujkin dvor is a favourite place of the people of Split, but also of foreign tourists who are happy to return.
