Ilaria Gamberini

Chef Ilaria Gamberini comes from Bologna. She started her culinary career in the Emilia Romagna region, one of the most famous Italian gourmet destinations. Then she went to Sicily, a region of excellent Mediterranean gastronomy.

She worked in typical Italian trattorias, but she literally traveled the whole world and cooked in restaurants in Scandinavia, New Zealand, Australia and Canada. With her vast knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and the use of modern techniques, he adds a “decadent” touch to plant-based cuisine.
