Davor Fornažar, Executive chef of Diana Steakhouse is a key member of Jadranka Turizam team since its very beginning. Chef Fornažar has grown alongside the company and helped shape its culinary identity, approaching his craft with a profound respect for the raw ingredient. He elevates steak to an art form, where instinct meets technique and the flame does the talking.

At the helm of chef Fornažar, steaks are slow – cooked over an authentic Argentinian Asado grill adapted for Čikat Bay distinct conditions. Open flame, lava stone and a delicate balance of smoke and sear create a hearty natural flavor that can’t be replaced. Chef Fornažar believes that fine dining should never be stiff but always come with warmth.
